“صوت عادل ” هو برنامج شامل أطلقه مركز كادن للعدالة وحقوق الإنسان، ويهدف إلى تعزيز حرية التعبير ومكافحة جميع أشكال التمييز وخطاب الكراهية في السودان، من خلال مسارات متكاملة تشمل التمكين القانوني، التوعية المجتمعية، المناصرة، والرصد والتقاضي.
يعمل البرنامج على بناء قدرات الفاعلين في المجتمع المدني السوداني، من مدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان، صحفيين، ونشطاء، لتمكينهم من مواجهة خطاب الكراهية والتمييز، والدفاع عن حرية التعبير في إطار قانوني وأخلاقي ينسجم مع المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.
كما يضطلع البرنامج بمهام رصد وتوثيق الانتهاكات المرتبطة بخطاب الكراهية، والتمييز على أساس العرق أو النوع أو الرأي، والقيود المفروضة على حرية التعبير، مع إصدار تقارير وتحليلات دورية تساهم في فضح هذه الانتهاكات والدعوة لمساءلة مرتكبيها.
في جانب المناصرة، يُطلق البرنامج حملات إعلامية وتوعوية للتثقيف بآثار خطاب الكراهية على النسيج الاجتماعي، وللتضامن مع الأفراد والمجتمعات التي تتعرض للإقصاء والتمييز أو تُستهدف بسبب آرائها.
ويتبنّى “صوت عادل ” نهجًا قانونيًا من خلال التقاضي الاستراتيجي محليًا ودوليًا، لمواجهة خطاب الكراهية والدفاع عن أصحاب الرأي، إلى جانب العمل على تطوير تشريعات وطنية شاملة لمكافحة التمييز وضمان حرية التعبير بما يتلاءم مع العهود والمواثيق الدولية.
يستهدف البرنامج ، الفاعلين الحقوقيين، الإعلاميين، الضحايا، الشباب، وصناع القرار المحليين، ضمن رؤية تسعى إلى خلق فضاء عام آمن، تعددي، يحترم الكرامة الإنسانية، ويصون الحق في التعبير الحر دون خوف أو تمييز.
يُعنى هذا المشروع برصد وتوثيق خطاب الكراهية والتمييز بمختلف أشكاله، سواء على أساس العرق أو النوع أو الرأي. يعمل المشروع على إنشاء قاعدة بيانات وطنية لانتهاكات التمييز، وتدريب فرق محلية على تقنيات الرصد والتحقق، إلى جانب إصدار تقارير تحليلية تسهم في فضح هذه الانتهاكات والدعوة إلى محاسبة مرتكبيها.
يركز هذا المشروع على رفع الوعي المجتمعي بخطورة خطاب الكراهية وأثره في تفتيت النسيج الاجتماعي، من خلال حملات إعلامية تفاعلية، ومحتوى فني وتثقيفي، وبرامج تعليمية في المدارس والجامعات. يشجع المشروع على إنتاج خطاب بديل يعزز قيم التسامح، ويعمل على دعم المبادرات الشبابية والمجتمعية لبناء مجتمع تعددي آمن.
Safe Voice
is a program launched by the Keden Centre to promote freedom of expression and combat discrimination and hate speech in Sudan, through legal empowerment, awareness-raising, advocacy, monitoring, and litigation.
The program focuses on building the capacity of human rights defenders, journalists, and activists to enable them to counter hate speech and defend freedom of expression in line with international standards.
It also monitors and documents violations related to discrimination and restrictions on expression, and issues periodic reports to promote accountability.
It launches media campaigns to raise awareness of the effects of hate speech and solidarity with target groups, and supports strategic litigation and the development of national anti-discrimination legislation.
The program targets human rights activists, media professionals, victims, youth, and decision-makers, with a vision to create a safe and pluralistic public space that respects freedom of expression and human dignity.
Keden Human Rights Observatory:
It is a project of the Kaden Center for Justice and Human Rights, which aims to monitor and document human rights violations in Sudan, including extrajudicial killings, arbitrary detention, enforced disappearances, torture and cruel treatment, forced displacement, and other violations in both peace and conflict contexts.
The Observatory works to build a reliable database and issue periodic reports that highlight patterns of violations and support advocacy and accountability efforts at the local and international levels.
